Our projects are delivered through "Girl Talk" a subsidiary of Wellspring Networks CIC. "Girl Talk" is a forum through which we create a safe space for women to share, learn and grow. Wellspring Networks CIC supports a Nigerian based charity called Nwanyichukwu Outreach launched in December 2020 which also caters for young women.

Meet The Team

Dr Nkiru Asiegbunam
Dr Nky is a UK-based Community Paediatrician and dedicated youth advocate. She holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and is completing a Coaching Apprenticeship with BPP University. As a catalyst for growth, she specialises in 1-to-1 and group empowerment for young women. Having founded multiple non-profits, including "Girl Talk" in the UK and Nwanyichukwu Outreach in Nigeria, she uses her mentoring, counselling, and coaching skills to train and equip women for their purpose.

Ade Dosunmu
Ade Dosunmu is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and currently serves as a Services Manager in CAMHS. In her professional role, she works closely with young people and their families, supporting them to improve mental health outcomes and achieve meaningful recovery.

Sarudzai (aka Zai) Bikwa
Sarudzai Bilkwa is a results-driven CIS manager passionate about leadership and community. With a strong background in team management, she provides strategic support. Outside work, she enjoys tennis, enhancing her discipline. Committed to mentoring youth, she believes in guiding future leaders and helping others achieve their potential.
